Overview
This Agreement governs participation in the Prestige Elements Brand Ambassador program and supplements the general Terms. It addresses eligibility, application/approval, affiliate/referral codes, and commission eligibility.
Commissions
Commissions are earned on qualifying sales. Returns, refunds, chargebacks, and fraudulent or self-referral transactions may result in commission adjustments or reversal.
Owner confirmation required: Commission percentage, payout schedule, minimum payout, and tax handling must come from the actual Prestige Elements ambassador program.
Relationship & Conduct
Where legally appropriate, ambassadors are independent contractors with no authority to bind Prestige Elements. Ambassadors must use only approved brand materials, avoid prohibited advertising claims, provide required affiliate/sponsored disclosures, and follow reasonable social-media conduct expectations.
Termination
Either party may terminate participation. On termination, outstanding legitimate commissions are handled per program rules, and use of Prestige Elements trademarks/materials must cease.
