Are your products all natural?

Yes — our body oils, skincare, and hair care are made with pure plant extracts and essential oils.

How do I care for my crystals?

Each crystal is natural and one of a kind. Cleanse yours regularly with sage or moonlight to keep its energy clear.

Do you offer a discount?

Yes — when you create a Prestige Elements account, you’ll receive 20% off your first qualifying order of $20 or more. It’s a one-time welcome gift and can’t be combined with reward points or other codes.

Do you have a rewards program?

Yes — it’s called Prestige Rewards. Create an account for 100 welcome points, then earn 1 point for every $1 you spend. Every 100 points is worth $5 toward a future order.

Are in-person sessions required?

All in-person sessions are conducted face-to-face to ensure the most accurate results. Please reach out with any personal questions.

How do I pay, and is checkout secure?

Checkout is handled securely by Stripe, and we accept major credit and debit cards. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes — you’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your payment is complete.
